Upon completion of Navy Nuclear Power School in 1998, Erik served onboard the USS Carl Vinson aircraft carrier as a plant operator and chemistry/radiological controls technician.
Following his service in the US Navy, Erik worked as a Project Engineer in the mechanical construction industry for various hospital and power plant projects and in 2007 earned his BS in Business Administration – Accountancy from California State University, Long Beach. For the last 6 years, Erik has worked in several positions in the operations and maintenance of combined cycle plants.
Erik is currently Assistant Plant Manager, for CEM’s combined cycle plant Malburg Generating Station (2 SGT800 gas turbine with 1 SST700 steam turbine) and San Joaquin Cogen facility (LM5000).
Erik assumed the responsibilities as the CTOTF™’s Combined Cycle Roundtable Chair in the fall of 2011.

Rick is the Plant Manager of, an 800 MW Combined- Cycle power plant located in Jenks, Oklahoma.
He graduated from Northeastern State University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology with an emphasis in electrical and a minor in business.
Prior to joining Green Country Energy in 2000, he served as a plant manager and department manager for Cleco Corporation's Dolet Hills Power Plant for 17 years and Teche Power Station in Louisiana for 2 years.
Rick has served as the CTOTF™’s Vice Chair for the Combined Cycle Roundtable since the fall of 2010.
