Matt earned a BS in Power Engineering Technology from Maine Maritime Academy in 2003 and is pursuing an MBA.

He began his career working with Power Industry Consultants as a field service technician and worked at FPLE during construction and commissioning of the 750MW Marcus Hook, PA facility, Siemens in the Demag Deleval field service division, American REFUEL (currently Covanta) as an operator, and currently is employed by NAES Corporation as a Project Manager.

Throughout his career, he has held several operations and field service related positions. Currently, he is a Project Manager at NAES Corporation and his responsibilities are related to supporting long term planning and day to day functions for biomass, coal, and combustion turbine facilities.

Matt has served as the Vice Chair of CTOTF™’s Regulatory and Compliance (Air/Water) Roundtable since 2008.

Position Objective:  To provide incremental business value to the CTOTF™ membership by facilitating communications, information, and discussion among CTOTF™ members, equipment manufacturers, and service providers for the Regulatory and Compliance Roundtable and to assist the Regulatory and Compliance Roundtables Chair in planning and conducting the Regulatory and Compliance Roundtables.

This Roundtable is provided for Member Users, to exchange information regarding issues and concerns, affecting components typically associated with Air & Water Environmental Systems.

Discussion topics for this forum include: Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) Systems, Water Treatment, Waste Systems and Emissions.
