Dwyer has spent the last 15 years of his professional career managing Mitsubishi 501G1 and General Electric 7FA gas turbines.

Previously he spent a like amount of time in naval and commercial nuclear power activities.

Dwyer has held supervisory and management positions in site design, reliability engineering, procurement engineering, preventive maintenance, construction, and project engineering.

Mike has served as the CTOTF™’s Mitsubishi Roundtable Chair since its inception in 2008.

Position Objective: To provide incremental business value to the CTOTF™ membership by facilitating communications, information, and discussion among CTOTF™ members, equipment manufacturers, and service providers for the Mitsubishi fleet of combustion turbines .

Zach earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Mercer University in 1999, and began work as a systems engineer supporting TVA’s fleet of combustion turbines.  As an engineer in the combustion turbine organization, he supported major outage work, GE 7EA unit and plant commissioning activities, all component repair work and system wide projects. 

In 2008, Zach became the Outage Manager for TVA’s fleet of combined and simple cycle gas turbine plants.  In this role his responsibilities included overall outage and major project planning, execution and general management, long range business planning, and contract management.  As Outage Manager, Zach aided in the integration of combined cycle plants into TVA’s generation portfolio and commissioning of TVA’s first combined cycle plant (2 M501F gas turbines with 1 GE steam turbine). 

Most recently, Zach is serving as the Operations Planning Manager for TVA’s Fossil Power Generation division which incorporates coal, gas and oil fueled generation.  In this role he manages the long range outage plan and power system planning inputs for all TVA’s fossil fueled assets, and tracks EAF, EFOR and other strategic performance indicators.   

Zach has served as the CTOTF™’s Vice Chair for the Mitsubishi Users Roundtable since its inception in 2008.

Position Objective: To provide incremental business value to the CTOTF™ membership by facilitating communications, information, and discussion among CTOTF™ members, equipment manufacturers, and service providers for the Mitsubishi fleet of combustion turbines and to assist the Mitsubishi Users Roundtable Chair in planning and conducting the Mitsubishi Combustion Turbine Users Roundtable.
Position:GE (E&Legacy-Class) Users RT Vice Chair Position Duties and ResponsibilitiesDuties and Responsibilities

This Roundtable is provided for Member Users, to exchange information towards resolving problems, issues and concerns, pertaining to the Mitsubishi fleet of combustion turbines.

Discussion topics for this Roundtable include: Centerline Equipment and Components, Ancillary Systems, Inlets, Exhausts, Controls and Protection, Inlet Air Conditioning and Performance Testing.
