The CTOTF™ Leadership Committee
The CTOTF™'s Leadership is structured into two parts. The Executive Board serves like a Board of Directors and the Leadership/Training Committee serves much as an Operations and Management Team. The entire Leadership is headed by the CTOTF™Chairman and the Executive Board. The Leadership/Training Committee is comprised of the Executive Board members and the Roundtable Chairs and Vice Chairs. The Leadership/Training Committee meets monthly by teleconference and a day ahead of each conference to plan the bi-annual CTOTF™ Conferences. The Executive Board meets 3 times per year and also hosts the Super Champion Industry Advisory Board twice per year.
The members of the CTOTF™ Leadership Committee are recruited for their exhibited skills and knowledge. They serve as volunteers. When a position becomes available, the committee recruits an active CTOTF™ member with the appropriate experience to fill the position.
